Our words have the power to heal.  Both internally through what we say to ourselves, and what we hear others saying to us, as well as how we speak in the world.

My ventures over the past decade have introduced me to several styles of communication and conflict resolution, Kundalini Yoga and Bach Flower Therapy.  I’ve trained extensively in all of these areas (and consider myself a Life-Long Learner).  Using a combination of tools, I have experienced deep, resounding healing.  I look forward to sharing more in the upcoming months, and hearing your stories as well.
