“No mud, no lotus.” 

Over the years I’ve spent hours exploring my “Muddy Lotus Roots” – the seldom-welcomed dark, heavy, murky, sad, stuck, despondent energies on the shadow side of life.  I’ve got a whole slough of tactics that have worked for me over the years, from accepting the dark, hard times and allowing myself to be a little seed in dark, fertile soil, to busting through habit energies and cultural messages that keep me feeling sad or stuck.
